FORD EXPLORER EXHAUST LEAKS

Ford Motor Company has a major problem with its Ford Explorer line. Specifically, exhaust fumes enter the cab in some of these Ford Explorer vehicles. This condition is very dangerous as it exposes occupants of affected Ford Explorers to poisonous fumes and gasses. Ford has issued technical service bulletins to address the exhaust leak issue but is unable to fix the problem. In addition, the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration (NHTSA) is investigating this exhaust leak issue.  (Here is a link to the NHTSA investigation concerning the Ford Explorer: https://www.nhtsa.gov/vehicle/2014/FORD/EXPLORER/SUV/FWD#investigations.)

If your Ford Explorer has an exhaust leak, you may have a valid California Lemon Law case which may entitle you to a repurchase of the vehicle or other remedies. Please feel free to contact David J. Farrell at 866-360-6886 or click here Contact Us for a free consultation.
